Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

  • Tracking: When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (when available).

  • Delays: While we work hard to deliver on time, unexpected events like carrier issues or customs delays may affect shipping times. If a significant delay occurs, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

 

Return & Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: You can request a return within 12 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it and include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
  1. How to Return: Email us at support@mastercheftools.net with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund promptly.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned item is approved.
  • Return Shipping Costs: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
  • For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.”
